1 buck and a little sweat

Shmitty sprinkling extra seeds

So it's April again and time to try our hand at growing something. Every year our plants fail.  In year one we were the victims of "raccoon"stances.  In year two squirrels knocked over our tomato plant pots.  In year three squirrels ate our pea plants.  Finally, last year just after we we nurtured and raised the plants until they were strong enough to go outside New England had a terrible heatwave and my husband forgot to water our babies while the boys and I were out of town.  Needless to say my thumb is thus far no where near green.  This year we are keeping it simple and going for a butterfly garden. I found a box of seeds for a dollar at walgreens. We paid our buck and put in the sweat, now let's see what happens.
